So, I'm in a weird state of writer's block right now, where I have lots of stuff to write (and all the ideas/plots/tools I need to write these things) but none of the words want to come out. I was trying to get inspiration, so I started thinking about the last episode, which led to me re-reading some of the more random stuff I've written exploring demons and the relationship to their vessels. I haven't written anything like that in a while (I've been happily immersed in J2 schmoop lol), so I figured that maybe dipping my toes back into it might help me break my mental deadlock.

So, my dear flist--go ahead and prompt me! Demon vessels, peripheral characters gen, rarepairs, horror, Dean-objectification, go wild! I can't promise anything, but at the very least one of you might be responsible for getting me out of my funk so I'll be ready to schmoop my brains out for silverbullets :P

OK, I'm just brain-farting here, but as you were thinking about the last episode, I think that would be a really interesting take on things. Rather than going for the full serial killer deal though, maybe examine the body horror behind someone inherently good getting some kind of thrill / sense of empowerment from being possessed? Maybe John while inhabited by Michael? Sam with Meg (all sorts of yummy Wincesty possibilities there - but what did you expect from me, srsly! lol)? Bobby?

Also, I would love to read your take on one of the little girls Lilith takes over. Could be very dark.

I'm probably showing my ignorance here as I'm sure there's a wealth of stuff on the subject, but I've never read anything about Crowley's back story. Freshly harvested, Seventeenth Century tailor!Fergus and his enlarged peen might be fun to write huh? :D

Ok, I'm go to suggest two things, both of which skirt my natural OTP tendencies and one which is shameless wincest pandering. Feel free to ignore all (I know what the slump feels like *hugs*)

1. Luci is basically the expression of Sam's messed up Id, right? And 'he' can make Sam see anything he wants. So what does he make Sam see him doing to Dean? and does Sam like it? Does he feel guilty about liking it? Does he secretly kind of hate/love/look forward to watching Dean bend and writhe and sweat and moan the way Sam has never dared to have him in real life?

2. Crowley possessing... pretty much anybody actually. There should be more Crowley possessions. But bonus points if he uses it to get his rocks off trcking the boys or Cas into doing something and letting him participate/watch

3. AU - Either Dean becomes a demon when he goes to hell or Sam becomes the boy king. Either way, demon!Winchester decides that he really is going to be with his brother forever, just like he promised. And it doesn't get much more together than sharing a body. (I could see lots of fighting over who's in charge, "I'm not touching you, I'm touching me" etc) This would be the shameless Wincest pandering, in case you were wondering.

What about fully fallen human!Cas. It never occurred to him that he could be possessed or that Crowley or Meg would want to possess him in every way. Would Cas have the fortitude to evict a demon from his body or is he too broken to do anything but let it all happen. And what would a demon want to do with Cas' body or who would they want to do? I'd say Sam if it's Meg and Dean if it's Crowley.

Ha, yes! I was a coloratura, went to a performing arts high school, lived in Italy for 2 years, yadda yadda. I gave it up (long story) and went back to school for theater directing, a degree that I obviously am not using lol. But, yes, I'm a complete and total opera buff and have been since about 15 years old lol. My user name is short for Renata Tebaldi's Tosca (my fave opera)

Freckles’ tail wags and Emma’s face burns.

I hate them, Emma thinks.

Emma goes to Mandy’s birthday party on Saturday. The cake is vanilla. Emma hates vanilla.

“I’m so sorry,” Emma’s babysitter says to Mandy’s mother, embarrassed.

You hate her, the voice will say.

Emma screams when the bad man with the knife comes towards her and Mommy. The voice is gone now and Emma is sad, but Mommy is warm and smells like cake.

"No, please, stop," Mommy cries, big, wet tears dropping on Emma’s cheeks. Emma doesn’t like to see Mommy cry, so Emma presses her face into her neck to comfort her.

Mommy’s chest is heaving, but the bad man leaves and Emma lifts her face to give Mommy her biggest smile. Emma got a dollar from the tooth fairy for her last front tooth, but she heard stupid Grandpa telling Mommy that it was too much.

Emma giggles. Stupid Grandpa won't say anything anymore!

"Mommy, can I have some more cake? I'm so hungry."

Mommy cries harder but the voice isn't there to get mad at her.
