I think that there was a sense of nostalgia in it for Dean. I mean, he did have that domestic wake-up-with-someone experience with Lisa, and though I think he is very okay with the fact that his place is not in that world, he probably gets a bit wistful sometimes. Also, that moment was a bit poignant after the last episode with bb!Dean having to leave.
