You know the most egregious thing about this season so far? Not that it's offensive (it is) or that they turned a BAMF into a hobo (they did), but the fact that it has been boring. And I think this simple graphic post sums up why better than anything I can write, and in a humorous way.

But seriously, I agree. The problem is that they don't have a capable enough writing staff for the execution. Carver himself is probably their best writer, and he only writes twice a year (and still manages to fall into his own cliches).
