I'm so glad that it worked for you, it means a lot! I tried to be as sensitive and respectful as I could with the subject matter, and researched a lot before I even started writing. And then of course ephermeralk was an absolute hero and helped me make sure the medical stuff wasn't too offensively wrong lol.
