As always that was one of the funniest things I've ever read! So thank you! :-)

I haven't watched the episode but from what I've heard, I'm really not sure I'm gonna like it.

Yeah, Sam's a bit of a selfish, self - important jerk at times but he's not a total asshole and he certainly wouldn't have just ASSUMED his brother was dead and not bothered to look.

No one likes the vet, lol!

The vamp in his arm?! WTF! Carver's clearly been reading too much fan fiction (although I'm not adverse to things being IN Dean and I'm sure that's not the first thing since his stay in Purgatory! *cough!* Benny *cough!*

I think you're right about this Dean embracing the killing side of hunting in a scary way - don't like that. I personally don't think Dean would ever have done that - he's all about being a hero, about how John was a hero,how the family business is saving people not just killing monsters. No, definitely don't like that! :-(

Oh and I love Cas, I do, but I couldn't give a flying f what happened to him in purgatory - should never have come back after got Leviathaned?

BUT...BUT... Jensen Ackles does look amazing the whole episode...dirty, bloody Dean...Jesus Christ, thought I'd have a heart attack just looking at the promo shots...

Really scared about watching it now...but I still will.

LOL watch it! I mean, even though I disliked the episode overall and HATE certain things, I do think that it sets up some stuff that could be interesting.

I think I know who Don is in this instance. He was my roommate in college, in one of those giant moldy houses that groups of students rent. He acquired the nickname "Goat-Man." He once dropped acid and then went to the dentist. And one time he went through a pedestrian underpass tunnel and became convinced he'd emerged in San Francisco. I'm sure that's the guy.

I'm one of those desperately trying to convince myself that Carver's playing a deeper game with Sam's story, because if he isn't, I may have to give up on this shit, and I'm not ready to do that yet, goddamnit!. But I do have this fear that Carver just decided to reset both Sam & Dean to factory programming. Dean likes to hunt! Sam wants a normal life! Continuity? What's that? Blergh.

IDK, girl. I hope that Carver is playing a long game, but every single spoiler I hear makes me think that Sam and Dean are going to just get farther and farther apart. And then Cas will come back and we know Carver loves him lol,

See? It's got to be the same guy. A friend of mine ate one of Goat-Man's brownies once, was beatifically happy for about 15 minutes, and then proceeded to barf red wine all over my spare bedroom. It must be the same Don. Also, Crowley being nibbled on by goats was one of the funniest things in the episode.

I can't wait for (spoiler). She will be awesome!
