Well, you know that Sam isn't going to find out shit until the mid-season hiatus finale (that's not even a spoiler, it's just the way this show works lol) and then I'll sure he'll take off in a huff (rightfully lol) and we'll get a Dean/Cas episode or two and then something will happen and they'll pretend nothing happened, lather and repeat lol *yawn*
