So there will be tweaking and fussing and angsting (duh) and coding (ugh) but the non-AU monster that dugindeep and I are writing for spn_j2_bigbang is basically DONE! Even better, the art that ldyghst is coming up with is making us squee and dance and grope each other in a completely consensual manner, albeit through the computer monitor. YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN, C'MON.

Nooooooo Sas, MY non-AU will be totally different. Pffffffft, I didn't want to spoil the ending BUT:

Jensen gets bit by an ~evil guest star who shall remain nameless and gets turned into a were-spider. Sera Gamble tries to incorporate it into the show, but a series of petitions from fans with intense bug-phobias pour into the twitter accounts of both the CW and Clif the bodyguard, and the network decides to reboot the show as a buddy comedy based around a newly-human Castiel and Kevin entitled "Why Are My Eyes Leaking?" Jared and Jensen retire to Maine, where they raise organic raspberries and adopt an orphan from Guatemala, before finding their true calling and opening a school for the deaf.

GODDAMIT, ARE YOU HAPPY NOW? SPOILERS.
