Naomi and Kevin are the awesomest things on this show right now, aren't they? Everyone else kind of sucks. Except the shirtless!Sam gifs, I can watch those over and over :D
Also, ITA about Dean dumping Benny because of deciding he needed to get his head in the game - it's all about duty and sacrifice. Still don't know why Sam gave him the stupid ultimatum about Benny ("It's either him or me!") in the first place. Made NO SENSE to me at all.

I swear to god that they have all forgotten basic canon this season lol.
But yessssssss Kevin and Amanda should just hook-up with Sheriff Mills and ghost!Rufus and make their own show lol.
Re: Sam's Benny ultimatum, I think the underlying theme was jealousy, and Dean knew it. I think it was a big deal that Dean was the one that walked out, since he never does (and I guessed early this season that he would, remember? I got something right!). I like that it wasn't brought up again at the end, because I think it's a) doing Dean a disservice to think that he wasn't following his gut instincts about Benny being a distraction and b) Sam stayed without knowing that Dean did that, so I think Sam realized that the ultimatum wasn't fair either.
I also think that Sam has a lot of baggage about trusting monsters, and it was hard for him to see Dean do it so blithely. I think there might have been an element of "my monster friend fucked me over, how come your monster friend won't?" LOL. Also, remember that Dean hasn't shared much about purgatory (or Sam about his time with Amelia) so there is no basis for understanding. I think going forward, they have to start filling in the cracks of the backstory to rebuild their relationship.
