So after a year and a half of this journal sitting here empty and forlorn, I've decided to actually use the damn thing... I'm so used to writing on Gossipcandy and Candyglam that I forgot there was somewhere else I can leave my random assortment of thoughts. I'm hoping that this will become a good space to not only link to my weekly recaps but also to help me get back into writing fiction like I used to.

First things first though! I recap SPN weekly, usually posting by Monday afternoon. If anyone is interested in checking them out, here is my masterpost:

Since this is *technically* an intro post, here are things I love, in no particular order:

SPN, Puccini operas, the entire concept of Idris Elba, Kara "Starbuck" Thrace, Diet Dr. Pepper, Sondheim, Jack Bauer, chocolate cake, Dexter, Renee Fleming, Les Liaisons Dangereuses, the entire continent of Europe, dimples, Jenny Lewis, potatoes in any form, Tom Hardy's mouth, coffee, Doctor Who/Torchwood, Robbie Williams, Renoir, Jem & the Holograms, Sant'Angelina and her soccer team of children, Brandi Carlile, Zoolander, Joe Biden's teeth, my 7000+ gifs, Damien Rice, and the fun that was Kradam in the summer of 2009.

Your dog looks TERRIFIED (but adorable). The only time my dog makes that face is if her food is taken away.

Recaps! Excellent for lazy bums like myself who have caught possibly two episodes of this season? but I'm not really around lj a whole lot these days, either...oh well.

That is her normal look, although usually at least half her tongue is sticking out, LOL. But she's old and tiny so she can work it.

I've been doing recaps since last season and they are pretty cracktastical but they are fun to do. Spending all day looking through screencaps of Jensen's face is definitely not a hardship lol.

I was a directing major in college and Les Liaisons Dangereuses was my senior thesis play. I love it madly.
