In other news, today was my baby niece's FIRST BIRTHDAY. I can't believe it's been a year since she came into my life, but she's a ginger-haired joy every day. I spent today chasing her around in her new baby convertible, wiping mango cream cake off her nose, and trying not to be creeped out by the magnificent Demon Elmo Doll. My brother-in-law tried to suffocate it with a pillow to shut it up and it just hugged the pillow and giggled. BEST DAY.

Oh and matching Elmo tattoos--everyone got one!

That is one creepy ass Elmo! I had a Buzz Lightyear toy that would turn on and start spouting dialogue in the middle of the night. Terrifying! Your niece looks so CUTE. I'm one of those evil people who CANNOT resist chubby cheeeeeeks :D

I keep telling you that Elmo is possessed by one of the Winchester boys. I'm betting Dean. Dean died, refused to go to heaven even though that is where his brother will eventually be too, and is haunting your niece's Elmo doll wondering why Sam isn't hugging him!

Awww, she's so adorable and her hair is a magnificent ginger colour but I have a feeling that the picture diminshes the brightness of how red her hair really is.
I'm always fascinated at how quickly my nieces and nephews grow.
